America is going through a ‘WE’ cycle. It is quite extensively mentioned in the book ‘Pendulum

What it means is the american Millenial is looking for people who provide to the society. Be it in entertainment, economy, or socially. Anyone who has any social standing , taking part in any social work will be treated as people deserving of relationships.

The remaining? As in the once remaining in the ‘ME’ cycle. These people have a strong sense of personality, and especially go through heavy turmoil early on in their lives. Teens and 20s. After that, they start having a standing in the social sphere, not immediately. That takes hold, and they finally start to feel part of the world again. The other side who got early stardom, start feeling left out, unworthy, I’m not sure.

But one things for clear, the matter is serious for anyone who is feeling ostracized by society. It’s just one of those tantrums society throws at you every few generations. Take your time, find your worth, as that will last longer. It peters into the work atmosphere also, the people who organize some work events in India, are the ones who make the friends, as it is seen as highly important here. The ones who maintain the social fabric of the company automatically are the drivers of all social relationships. Of the work environment in America, I’m not quite so sure again. But it’s heavily predominant for the high school and college kids.

This is not a social presentation post. Countries go through crisis. During an identity crisis, they try to form an identity(‘ME’). This is where Modi has given India one, and he’s a form of FDR for India not Trump. In India, if you belong to the creativity field or look things from slightly a different perspective and are successful, then It’s very easy to gain many ‘worshippers’ but not relationships. Something every teen in America is already capable of doing, any social involvement.
